Most in-stock materials, including timber and masonry supplies, are delivered within 2-4 business days. Specialized or custom-cut orders may take up to 7-10 business days depending on local availability.
Do you offer job site delivery for heavy equipment and supplies?
Yes, ARM Building Supplies provides curbside job site delivery using our fleet of crane and flatbed trucks. Please ensure there is a clear, accessible area for our drivers to offload materials safely.
What is your return policy for surplus construction materials?
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged standard stock items within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that custom-mixed paints, cut-to-size lumber, and special orders are non-returnable.
Can I open a trade account for my contracting business?
Absolutely. We offer dedicated trade accounts with volume-based pricing and flexible credit terms for verified contractors and builders. You can apply through our 'Trade Services' portal on the website.
Are your timber products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we are committed to environmental responsibility. All of our lumber and timber products are sourced from FSC or PEFC certified forests to ensure sustainable forestry practices.
